Important Appointment: Xiangdong You is Appointed as CEO of ZSVC

Mr. Xiangdong You, the Former Deputy Director of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University, Deputy Director of Heart Center and Director of Echocardiography Department, officially joined ZSVC on 18th, January. The welcoming ceremony for the appointment of Mr. Xiangdong You was held in Hangzhou Headquarter.

Today ZSVC announced that: due to continuous expansion of the company investment business and continuous increase of investment distribution in medical treatment and health fields, according to the resolution of the 9th session of the 1st Board of Director, Mr. You Xiangdong is appointed as CEO of the company and is in charge of the company medical investment field. The tenure will be from the date when the resolution is passed by the Board of Director until the expiration of the term of office of the first Board of Directors.
